Your Role: As a Finance Supervisor, you will lead the daily disbursement and accounting operations to ensure full alignment with client SLAs. Specifically, you will:

• Oversee monthly bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and 3-way matching accounts payable processes.
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring documentation is uploaded to central repositories (e.g., FloQast).
• Manage intercompany accounting, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and fixed asset controls.
• Execute month-end closing procedures, including accruals, amortizations, depreciation, and allocation journal entries.
• Prepare local financial statements, handle year-end account finalizations, and facilitate audit requirements.
• Maintain statutory and GAAP accounting books, completing monthly reconciliations and required book-specific adjustments.
• Ensure full tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT returns, withholding taxes, annual information returns, and transfer pricing filings.
• Support regulatory reporting for PEZA/BOI registrations and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Assist local treasury functions, including banking administration, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange management, and intercompany funding.

What You Need:

• Non-negotiables: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting. Basic knowledge of local taxation, statutory compliance, and GAAP principles. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred skills/expertise: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Hands-on working experience using NetSuite. Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
