Position Purpose

The Asset Management Team serves as the primary custodian of the organization’s physical and digital infrastructure, ensuring that all IT and non-IT assets are tracked, optimized, and protected throughout their entire lifecycle.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Manage IT and non-IT assets and follow established procedures to identify issues and resolve problems.
  • Supervise inventory control activities, including regular physical counts.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain system integrity.
  • Oversee disposal processes for all IT and non-IT assets, including hazardous waste, ensuring compliance with PEZA, BOC, and DENR rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, IT, Facilities, Finance, and PEZA to ensure proper asset controls are in place.
  • Review and recommend improvements to procedures to ensure effective monitoring of assets.

Qualifications and Typical Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management.
  • Preferably with 2–5 years of experience in PEZA compliance and inspections.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, client needs, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
