Qualifications
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience, or a Bachelor\’s Degree in HR, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting AI Researchers and/or AI engineers.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
