Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and value design to SoW development, negotiation, and expansion.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across Microsoft's seller community and partner ecosystem.
  • Leverage Microsoft‑funded plays, co‑sell programmes, and marketplace routes to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Risk, Transformation) to shape and deliver secure access strategies.
  • Sequence programmes from initial assessment through to full roll‑out across Microsoft Identity Solutions.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and clear visibility on revenue performance.
  • Define and execute sector‑specific strategy, including events, campaigns, GTM alignment, and account development.
  • Own the SMC and Corporate vertical, developing account plans and identifying new opportunities to unlock conversations and deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Established and demonstrable relationships with Microsoft SMC Solutions and Seller teams (absolute must).
  • Proven success in a commercial sales or Account Director role within a Microsoft Partner.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft sales model (co‑sell, solution plays, marketplace routes, funding programmes).
  • Consultative approach to complex sales, focused on outcomes and value creation.
  • Track record of delivering £1m‑£2m+ annual revenue in Consulting / Professional Services.
  • Confidence engaging senior executives and translating technical strategy into commercial value.
