In this role you will lead HR strategy for UK&I Global Enterprise Sales and EMEA regions, partnering with senior business leaders to shape talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness at scale. You will drive leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives while embedding AI into HR workflows to boost impact and productivity. You’ll manage a cross-geo HR team, collaborate with COEs, and ensure compliant governance across the UK portfolio. This is a strategic, influential HR leadership role at a global tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic talent management to attract, retain, and grow high-potential talent across UK&I and EMEA regions
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and change management to enable business goals and inclusive culture
  • Lead leadership development, coaching, and transforming leadership capability
  • Oversee country/geo HR governance, crisis management, and business continuity with COEs
  • Legislative and policy governance for UK employment law and unions/employee representatives
  • Manage and develop HR and business colleagues to deliver systemic people strategies
  • Partner with CELA, HR partners, and HR COEs on investigations and policy deployments
  • Embed AI into HR workflows and workforce insights to raise strategic impact

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business, Psychology, or related field with relevant HR experience
  • Proven people management and leadership of HR teams in a large, matrixed, global environment
  • Experience in UK HR matters including organizational development, performance management, and diversity & inclusion
  • Strong track record partnering with senior executives and delivering business solutions through HR
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive transformation, and manage across multiple countries
  • Experience leading UK legislative and compliance portfolio including unions/works councils and policy activation
