Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession – Deliver business growth through leading and empowering account teams. You will lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) strategies to achieve customers’ business outcomes across their lifecycle.
- Accelerate customer satisfaction and engage with business decision makers and C-level executives.
- Maximise share of wallet, meet targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and outperform competitors through flawless execution.
- Foster partnerships across the organization to deliver value to customers and achieve business results for Microsoft.
- Ensure business excellence in forecasting and reporting, cultivating a culture of accountability within your teams.
- Proactively expand your network of key internal and external partners and decision makers to facilitate execution, grow sales, and ensure seamless account management.
People Management
Drive success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for your team.
- Develop, empower, and transform your team to meet industry and customer needs by hiring, retaining, and developing talent.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Sales, driving business growth, or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership.
- Previous experience in selling Cloud services.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives.
- People management experience.
- Experience in driving sales growth and strategic growth initiatives.
- Direct experience working within the Retail Industry or providing services to Retailers.
