Responsibilities
- Business Partnership and Support: Guide sales teams and leadership on sales strategies for opportunity management, including up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, and recapture. Support generating new business and closing existing opportunities.
- Pipeline Health and Management: Empower leaders to prioritize pipeline management to enhance revenue reliability, sustainable growth, and forecasting accuracy. Maintain high standards of pipeline hygiene and discipline.
- Sales Execution: Orchestrate a coordinated rhythm of business aligning segments, solution areas, and roles with partners for seamless execution. Equip sales managers to operationalize sales strategies around pipeline, funnel management, and usage, leveraging tools like IAP, MSXI 2.0, and MCEM.
- Sales Execution Transformation: Support the implementation of new sales strategies and processes to drive growth and efficiency.
- Agile Planning: Assist in executing continuous planning activities with segment, account, and operational leadership, focusing on account planning and enhanced guidance.
- Sales Coaching for Growth and Transformation: Drive improvements in sales team processes and capabilities. Assess customer needs and develop methodologies to transform seller capabilities and partner engagement. Foster a coaching culture.
- Partnership and Feedback: Collaborate with GTMs and Sales Operations to remove obstacles, increase customer-facing time, and enhance seller effectiveness. Share insights and influence strategies to mitigate risks and improve processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, business development, marketing, consulting, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Experience using data to inform business decisions.
- Experience managing stakeholder, client, and customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Experience in project management, including planning, tracking, and change management.
