Responsibilities

  1. Accelerating Growth: Leverages industry and market expertise, proactively leading teams to identify solutions that drive new opportunities and strategies aligned with customer needs. Establishes a technology-driven professional presence in the market and represents Microsoft as a thought leader who can articulate connections between Microsoft solutions and relevant business contexts with industry and market leaders.
    • Defines expectations and sets strategies for teams to leverage drivers of Digital & Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation relevant to their customers and partners across business units.
    • Acts as a thought leader in leveraging transformation across solution areas.
    • Leads and coaches teams on developing and implementing scalable go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue, consumption, and growth across solution areas.
    • Shares best practices and holds managers and teams accountable for leveraging market-specific insights and highlighting solutions that address business and technology challenges.
  2. Driving Success with and Through Others: Fosters a culture of inclusion, learning, mentorship, coaching, customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achievement of bold goals.
    • Influences and inspires managers and teams to motivate, engage, and unify efforts.
    • Builds and maintains a broad executive network including partners and external stakeholders.
    • Cultivates an ecosystem of customer and external partners to accelerate consumption and growth.
    • Leads business planning and alignment across segments, partners, and teams to drive growth and transformation, setting expectations for sales execution and accountability for results.
  3. Leading and Transforming the Business: Defines customer value realization and satisfaction strategies to contribute to revenue growth.
    • Ensures teams are accountable for customer value and satisfaction, coaching on best practices and analyzing survey results.
    • Aligns internal and external executives on improvement areas to enhance customer value realization.
    • Leads strategic direction within the segment to enable revenue growth, proactively addressing business and competitive needs.
    • Drives orchestration among internal teams and influences across segments and partners to promote growth and transformation.
    • Aligns and secures buy-in from organizational leaders to ensure the success of mutual plans and objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Several years of experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization.
  2. Several years of direct or informal people management experience, including project teams.
  3. Several years of experience working in the Financial Services industry.
