b Overview /b p In this role, you will support the Microsoft AI Recruiting team across EMEA, ensuring a seamless hiring process for high-caliber AI researchers and engineers. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews across time zones, manage candidate experience, and remove process friction. The role offers exposure to frontier AI and direct collaboration with senior technical leaders, with a hybrid pattern based in London. You will help scale talent acquisition in a fast-growing environment while upholding data privacy and compliance. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Own high-volume, multi-time-zone interview scheduling across EMEA /li li Coordinate availability and changes with candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and executive office /li li Deliver an elevated candidate experience from first contact to onsite hosting and offer /li li Act as trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers, protecting their time /li li Prepare interviewers with context and materials to keep loops on track /li li Maintain accurate, real-time ATS records and report on data /li li Support onsite and travel logistics for EMEA candidates, including visas and immigration /li li Uphold UK GDPR and data privacy while keeping processes efficient and candidate-focused /li li Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements to templates, workflows and tooling /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Demonstrable experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles with high-volume interview scheduling /li li Experience coordinating recruiting in technology, AI lab, or research environments /li li Proficiency with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems /li /ul ul li Meticulous attention to detail /li li Clear, warm communication with diverse stakeholders /li li Ability to thrive in high-growth, agile environments /li li Scheduling tools proficiency /li li Applicant tracking systems (ATS) experience /li li Experience coordinating candidate travel and immigration support /li /ul
