Contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft. We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support the VP of Co‑Pilot Health (primary focus) and two additional senior leaders. This is a high‑exposure, high‑pressure EA role in a fast‑growing, ambiguous environment. The EA will act as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and brand representative, managing complex calendars, senior stakeholders, and fast‑moving priorities. This role suits someone who has thrived in startup or scale‑up environments and is comfortable supporting demanding, senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complex, high‑volume calendar management for the VP (priority setting, conflict resolution, decision‑making)
  • Provide lighter but proactive support to two additional senior leaders
  • Manage multi‑location travel planning with strategic foresight
  • Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and team events
  • Handle expenses and operational admin efficiently
  • Build strong working relationships across: Leadership team, Cross‑functional partners, EA community
  • Adjust communication style and level of assertiveness based on leader needs
  • Anticipate issues and solve problems before they elevate

Must‑Have Skills

  • Proven startup or scale‑up experience (clear evidence required)
  • Experience supporting senior, high‑expectation leaders (VP / C‑suite / equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, shifting calendars
  • Make judgement calls independently
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal + external)
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Executive‑level communication and professionalism
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, non‑9‑to‑5 environment

  • Pay Range: £180 - £204 /day (PAYE)
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
