Overview
In this role you lead the development of workforce intelligence products that help leaders make informed talent and investment decisions. You will fuse product leadership, analytics, and strategic foresight to turn complex data into actionable outcomes. You’ll work across People, Finance, Engineering, Research and other teams to build trusted solutions that forecast workforce needs and evaluate investment trade-offs. This is a product-building leadership role focused on adoption and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Define product direction, priorities and delivery plans to support leadership decisions
- Lead discovery, prototyping, testing and scaling with users and tech teams
- Develop forward-looking workforce insights by combining internal data with external labor trends
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to connect workforce choices to capacity, cost and performance
- Set data quality standards, governance, privacy, and maintainability of products
- Align cross-functional partners around outcomes, resolve dependencies, and influence executives
Key requirements
- Track record of building and scaling data or intelligence products from concept to adoption
- Experience in workforce strategy, people analytics, talent intelligence or related transformation
- Strong analytical, financial and strategic judgment to translate data into recommendations
- Platform-independent fluency to collaborate with engineering and data teams
- Experience with data governance, privacy, and responsible use of employee information
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders without formal authority
- Depth in workforce forecasting, scenario analysis and foresight
- Experience partnering with Finance, Strategy or Business Operations to assess investments and value
