Overview
This is a customer-facing role in the UK Customer Success Unit, focused on empowering the largest Enterprise customers to adopt the Azure platform and achieve business outcomes. Azure is the cloud platform Microsoft promotes, with a culture of learning, collaboration, and delivering value through technology and innovation. This role involves migration and adoption of Azure technologies, delivering to customers across industries and leveraging WW best practices. Responsibilities
- Customer Centricity – Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor; provide feedback and insights from customers/partners.
- Business Impact – Develop opportunities to drive customer success and help customers derive value from Microsoft investments; resolve blockers using subject matter expertise and best practices.
- Technical Leadership – Guide customer journeys to the cloud, provide thought leadership, and accelerate outcomes by sharing expertise and contributing to reusable IP.
- Successful Cloud Solutions – Align customer needs with Microsoft resources and repeatable IP; plan for risks and forecast to meet targets; build capabilities aligned to priorities and career development; coach and mentor others and share IP.
Qualifications
- Strong and proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or related field.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure with desirable areas such as Technology Solutions, Networking, Virtualisation, Open Source.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Proven success in the technology sector with sales, projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or delivery support.
- Relationship building – track record of building deep technical relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem solving – ability to solve technical problems.
- Collaboration and communication – strong verbal and written communication, ability to lead and influence virtual teams.
- Technical – knowledge of Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework, enterprise-scale cloud/hybrid infrastructures, migrations, and technology management.
