Responsibilities
- Coach and provide support to teams and internal stakeholders to define and execute strategy, drive repeatability, and proactively identify global and cross-area opportunities aligned to industry insights.
- Generate new competitive strategies and elevate team expertise through knowledge sharing, enabling the team to influence architecture and capability discussions as subject matter experts.
- Maintain communication with global partners and internal leaders to pre-align technical resources, and flexibly realign teams to meet customer priorities in support of proactive engagements.
- Shape strategic win and customer success plans in collaboration with account and marketing teams, ensuring execution of compete strategy and preparing teams for future market opportunities.
- Act as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices and delivering content at Microsoft events, with emphasis on continuous security enhancement and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience leading customer-facing technical teams across enterprise technology environments, including solution engineering, technical consulting, architecture, or technology delivery.
- Strong expertise in AI, Modern Work, Security, or related cloud technologies, with the ability to lead teams working across multiple technical solution areas.
- Proven experience building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and guiding complex technical and business conversations.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams, customers, or business programmes across multiple regions and time zones.
- Demonstrated success developing, coaching, and empowering high-performing technical professionals, including experience leading managers and/or virtual teams.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a range of audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
