b Overview /b p In this role, you will lead enterprise AI adoption through Copilot-enabled solutions and Azure cloud architectures. You’ll guide customers to maximize Microsoft investments, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and optimize AI Business Solutions at scale. This is a hands-on advisory role with a strong emphasis on technical delivery and change management. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Champion customer success and act as trusted advisor for AI adoption and value realization /li li Capture customer and partner insights to influence ACM strategies and Copilot deployments /li li Represent the Voice of the Customer to Copilot engineering and product teams to remove blockers and influence roadmap /li li Identify growth opportunities by applying Copilot capabilities and competitive landscape knowledge /li li Collaborate with CSAMs and account teams to deliver AI usage through well-structured engagements and secure deployments /li li Lead architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization for production-ready Copilot solutions /li li Provide thought leadership in Copilot solution design and ACM planning across customers /li li Develop and maintain a learning plan for AI Business Solutions technologies and ACM methodologies /li li Mentor peers on AI Business Solutions and ACM, fostering continuous learning and innovation /li li Share strategic insights and technical guidance across internal communities and virtual teams /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelors Degree or equivalent in related field with proven cloud/infrastructure experience /li li Strong and proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or architecture /li li Ability to convey business value of solutions and persuade stakeholders based on data /li li Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with both technical and business decision makers /li li Understanding of partner ecosystems and leveraging partner solutions to solve customer needs /li li Breadth of experience in foundational AI and architecture design with expertise in Microsoft AI Business Solutions (Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, Studio, Copilot Agents) and ACM perspective /li /ul ul li Trusted advisership /li li Insightful listening /li li Situational fluency /li li Copilot for M365 /li li Copilot Chat /li li Copilot Studio /li /ul
