Are you passionate about cybersecurity and customer success? As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) for Security, you’ll be at the forefront of helping organizations protect their environments while accelerating their cloud transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead with impact: Work side‑by‑side with customers to understand their unique security goals, co‑create solutions that protect what matters most, and guide them with empathy and expertise.
- Be the trusted advisor: Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders, helping them navigate complex security challenges with confidence.
- Design for resilience: Architect secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across identity, threat protection, information protection, and cloud security.
- Drive innovation: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to bring customer feedback into future product development.
- Champion success: Work closely with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to ensure customers realise the full value of their security investments.
Qualifications
- Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
• Bachelor\’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting
• OR equivalent experience - Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
• Ability to convey business value and persuade stakeholders
• Trusted advisor mindset and deep stakeholder relationships
• Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions
• Situational fluency and insightful listening skills
• Breadth of technical experience in foundational AI and architecture design, with depth in security
• Expertise in threat protection, SIEM, XDR, SOAR, SOC management, IAM, cloud infrastructure, cloud security, data security
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Security Operations, Cloud Security, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GSEC are preferred
