b Overview /b p As a Partner Solutions Architect (AI/Apps) you drive secure, scalable cloud architectures for Microsofts Enterprise partners in EMEA. You guide solution development, enable technical innovation, and support transformational deals that boost cloud consumption and revenue. You work with cross-functional teams to align partner offerings with cloud priorities and AI practices. This role connects partner strategy with Microsofts technologies to shape impactful, long‑term collaborations. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead development and activation of partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities /li li Run technical innovation workshops and envisioning sessions to raise partner technical intensity /li li Provide architectural guidance and unblock blockers to enable transformational deals /li li Guide architecture design sessions, PoCs, and MVPs ensuring performance, security, and scalability /li li Foster long-term, high-level relationships with strategic partners and executives /li li Coach partner technical teams to embed pre-sales, deployment, and consumption in solutions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field or equivalent experience /li li Proven ability to deliver complex, technical projects in customer-facing, remote or distributed environments /li li Extensive experience with technology IP solutions and digital transformation drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends like generative AI and SaaS /li li Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365) /li li Deep experience with Kubernetes, DevOps and GitHub as developer platforms and AI services /li li Technical Cloud Certification (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) /li li Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills /li /ul ul li Strategic thinking /li li Executive stakeholder management /li li Collaborative leadership /li li Azure /li li Dynamics 365 /li li Microsoft 365 /li /ul
