Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & Rhythm of Business (ROB): Design and own the ROB for the Custom Consulting Team at the regional level, supporting complex deal cycles, custom consulting motions, and solution incubation. Integrate Microsoft’s ROB framework with ISD and MCAPS rhythms (e.g., DWR, VSUs, IARs) to ensure seamless stakeholder engagement. Track progress against strategic priorities (e.g., industry deals, AI transformation, competitive wins) and proactively flag execution risks.
- Strategic Planning & Execution Support: Support regional planning processes, ensuring CCT objectives align with Microsoft strategy and annual goals. Provide data-backed insights and planning artifacts to support leadership decision-making.
- Performance Insights & Business Intelligence: Use data analytics to identify customer engagement trends, opportunities for adoption, and whitespace. Drive accountability to business outcomes and advise on opportunity prioritization and resource allocation.
- Business Management: Act as the business management lead and trusted advisor to the Global CCT and Partnership Sales Leader. Ensure operational clarity, fiscal discipline, and strategic alignment. Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with executive-ready insights.
- Enablement & Capability Building: Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Delivery Leadership to ensure readiness across solution areas and industry domains. Promote knowledge sharing, peer learning, and community building within CCT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field, with relevant work experience in program management, process management, or process improvement, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales operations, strategy, or program management supporting complex or consulting-driven sales motions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially across regions and organizations.
- Analytical skills with familiarity in data tools like Power BI and the ability to derive strategic insights from ambiguous data.
- Experience in Industry Solutions, consulting, or strategic sales is a plus.
