Responsibilities

Working in a global sales and marketing organization at the intersection of customers, hardware partners, and channel partners, you will:

  1. Business Operations: Partner with the LT to drive the planning process, coordinate with corporate planning, manage team participation in key business events, and oversee strategic planning activities. Manage business metrics such as scorecards and KPIs.
  2. Organizational Health: Collaborate with HR and LT to shape the people agenda, lead team health initiatives, and plan learning solutions. Manage team communications and drive cross-team process improvements.
  3. Special Projects/Programs and Initiatives: Lead and coordinate the Rhythm of the Business, improve processes for scalability, and partner with finance, HR, and other teams for budget, staffing, and compensation management.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\’s Degree in a relevant field and experience in financial management, business planning, operations, strategy, project management, or related roles.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications: People management experience, program management skills, excellent communication, ability to work independently, strong relationship-building skills, integrity, and understanding of Microsoft’s strategy and offerings.
