Role Summary
This is a part-time HR Administrator role supporting the HR team at Rare Studio.
The person will manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, answer employee queries, maintain HR records, prepare HR documents, and support HR projects.
The role would suit someone with previous HR administration experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with HR systems, employee data, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations
- Manage and monitor the HR inbox.
- Respond to routine HR questions from employees.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
