Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Strategy: Lead strategic technology conversations with C-level stakeholders across NHS Trusts and healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year digital transformation roadmap aligned to customer outcomes and national health priorities.
- Technical Sales Orchestration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across cloud, data, AI, and security.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and other industry-specific offerings.
- Innovation & Impact: Identify opportunities for innovation in care delivery, patient engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Champion co-innovation initiatives and proof-of-concept pilots with clinical and IT leaders.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product teams and marketing.
- Contribute to community best practices and mentor junior ATSs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in the technology sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, M365, Dynamics 365).
- Familiarity with NHS procurement frameworks and digital maturity models (e.g., HIMSS, What Good Looks Like).
