Responsibilities (Text Only)
- Scale Account Leadership: Own and execute a multi-force account strategy aligned to Microsoft’s public sector & Police priorities and the customer’s mission-critical needs. Navigate complex stakeholder environments across 43 police forces and national policing bodies. - Customer Obsession: Build trusted relationships with senior police leaders, including CIOs, Chief Constables, and operational leads. Understand their challenges in areas such as data sovereignty, cyber resilience, and operational efficiency. Build the Microsoft brand to be trusted above all others. - Solution Selling: Drive adoption of Microsoft technologies including M365, Azure, and Copilot. Translate policing priorities—such as contact centre modernisation, crime analytics, and digital evidence management—into scalable Microsoft solutions. - Blueprint Execution: Leverage and localise national blueprints (e.g. PDS Copilot Chat Blueprint) to accelerate adoption and ensure compliance with legal frameworks like the Data Protection Act. - Business Case Development: Collaborate with forces to build compelling ROI-driven business cases, often equating productivity gains to “officer hours saved” or front line impact to police outcomes. - Cross-Team Orchestration: Lead entirely virtual teams across Microsoft\'s solution areas, partners, and engineering to deliver customer success. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on pricing, licensing, and deployment strategies. Core Competencies - Deep understanding of UK policing structures, funding models, and procurement processes. - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
