Responsibilities
- Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
- Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
- Orchestrates the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to focus on delivering customer outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle, building deep trust with Microsoft.
- Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
- Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs are addressed.
- Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across solution areas to achieve growth in revenue and market share.
- Industry Knowledge – Maintains a strong understanding of customers’ industry, business strategies, and key industry partners and solutions, gaining insights through direct engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in selling Cloud services with a proven success record.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
- Ability to prospect, develop new business, and manage territory-level opportunities.
- Effective collaboration with large teams and partners.
- Technical acumen to engage in solution discussions and drive value-based outcomes.
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry or providing services to manufacturers is preferred but not essential.
