Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support the VP of Copilot Health and two additional senior leaders. This high‑exposure, high‑pressure EA role involves complex calendar management, stakeholder coordination, and fast‑moving priorities. The role suits individuals experienced in startup or scale‑up environments and comfortable supporting demanding senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complex, high‑volume calendar management for the VP (priority setting, conflict resolution, decision‑making)
  • Provide proactive support to two additional senior leaders
  • Manage multi‑location travel planning with strategic foresight
  • Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and team events
  • Handle expenses and operational admin efficiently
  • Build strong working relationships across: leadership team, EA community
  • Adjust communication style and level of assertiveness based on leader needs
  • Anticipate issues and solve problems before they escalate
