**Responsibilities**
**Talent Sourcing**
Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top Artificial Intelligence researchers.
Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
Analysing and reporting on sourcing metrics to continuously improve processes.
**Artificial Intelligence Focus**
Understanding AI Research: Deep knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics.
Identifying Key Talent: Ability to identify and engage with top AI researchers and engineers who are leaders in their field.
Collaboration with AI Teams: Working closely with AI research teams to understand their specific needs and challenges, and to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Networking in AI Communities: Building and maintaining relationships within AI research communities, attending conferences, and participating in relevant forums and groups.
Evaluating AI Talent: Assessing candidates\’ technical skills, research contributions, and potential for innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifiations**
Many years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
**OR Bachelor\’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND multiple years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.**
Proven experience in a sourcing or recruitment role hiring AI Researchers and/or AI engineers.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
