Protect
- Ensures Accuracy & Internal Controls: Reviews financial and budgetary reports for accuracy and supports internal controls, recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Monitors Compliance & Audits: Ensures adherence to accounting and regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Advises on Financial Documentation: Provides consultation on financial documentation, policy adherence, and data sharing to minimize risk.
- Ensures Financial Compliance: Adheres to financial compliance standards and Microsoft’s privacy, security, and ethical standards.
- Manages Regulatory Filings: Reviews and ensures compliance with regulatory filings, including SEC filings, for federal, state, and local agencies.

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND many years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND multiple years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working on corporate tax related processes - such as compliance, reporting, or advisory work covering areas like corporation tax, employee benefit tax reporting, or specialist incentive regimes.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. Work experience in matrix-based organization. Experience in the technology or software industry.
