About the role
As a Sales & Data Analyst Apprentice, you’ll learn how a large, global sales organisation works and help teams turn plans into action. You won’t be stuck watching from the sidelines. With support from your manager and team, you’ll work with sales leaders and teams to:
- Understand what’s working (and what isn’t)
- Use data to spot issues early
- Help sales teams stay focused on the right priorities
This role is a great fit if you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and learning how strategy turns into real results.
Responsibilities
With guidance and support, you’ll:
- Work with sales teams to help them plan, track progress, and improve how they run their business
- Support sales leaders with planning activities like territory planning, segmentation, and setting targets
- Help teams keep their sales pipeline healthy by tracking key information and highlighting risks early
- Use dashboards and reports to understand what’s driving results and share simple, clear insights
- Help sales teams learn and use common tools and processes more effectively
- Build relationships across teams and support coaching conversations with sellers and managers
You’ll learn how decisions are made, how leaders think, and how large teams stay aligned.

Qualifications
Requirements
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must not have a degree; however, you should have:
- Obtained suitable level 3 qualifications by 31st August 2026 (3 A-levels with grades A*-C, BTEC Nationals, T Levels, or equivalent)
- Obtained 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, with grades A*-C or 9-4 on the new grading system
- You need to be legally authorised (have citizenship or a valid visa/work permit) to work in the UK to be eligible for this role
