As an early-in-career Partner Solution Architect (PSA), you will work closely with Microsoft partners to design, validate, and scale innovative cloud and AI solutions that help customers achieve their business goals. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, provide architectural guidance, and help partners accelerate adoption of Microsoft technologies. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep technical and partner engagement skills, and build expertise across Microsoft's cloud, AI, and security solutions. As a Partner Solution Architect, you will gather partner insights and leverage these insights to design solution architectures, provide technical expertise, develop and validate Microsoft solutions, and help partners achieve business outcomes through successful technology adoption. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting solution design, readiness, and the adoption of new Microsoft technologies. This opportunity will allow you to leverage your knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and value propositions in partner conversations while identifying opportunities to drive partner growth and customer success.

Responsibilities:
- You will act as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, blockers and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams.
- You will demonstrate basic technical concepts and prove those design solutions' capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner and support customer skilling needs by participating in discussions on technical delivery with other internal and external stakeholders to transfer knowledge and contribute to customer readiness.
- With supervision, you will identify issues and advise customers/partners to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices and apply methodology and governance, as directed, to minimize business and technical risks and adhere to quality assurance while ensuring excellence in contributions to design and/or delivery of solutions.
- You will learn about the products, services, and value propositions of Microsoft's Cloud and support businesses and share learnings with others (e.g., peer groups, customers) as appropriate and assess customer/partner needs and gather information that helps others to identify growth opportunities.
- You will learn to identify and communicate areas in intellectual property (IP) that need refreshing or have gaps and contribute to IP development with guidance/supervision.
- You will leverage development opportunities (e.g., mentorships, role-based resources, training courses, internal events such as Ready, Build, Ignite) to learn new technologies or services.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorised to work in the location where this role is based.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work or equivalent experience involving cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
