Do you thrive in fast-changing environments, enjoy learning new technologies, and excel at connecting business outcomes to technical solutions? The Global Consumption & Delivery Acceleration team is looking for a FastTrack Full Stack Engineer to help accelerate customer deployment, adoption, consumption, and value realization across the Microsoft AI Business Solutions portfolio. As part of Microsoft's consumption engine, you will work directly with customers, partners, engineering, and field teams to remove adoption barriers, drive successful onboarding outcomes, and help customers progress from initial deployment to secure AI transformation. Unlike traditional workload-specific roles, Full Stack Engineers bring breadth across multiple Microsoft technologies and demonstrate the agility to guide customers through interconnected deployment scenarios spanning Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, Windows 365, Copilot, Agents, Identity, and Data Protection. You are expected to have a depth of specialism, level 400, in either Security or Copilot workloads.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions focused on getting customers ready for AI & data security.
- Deliver consultative technical guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas while helping customers navigate dependencies between workloads.
- Drive customer success by identifying and removing deployment blockers, mitigating risks, and accelerating time-to-value.
- Partner closely with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners to achieve customer outcomes.
- Enable customers to adopt secure AI experiences by connecting identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent-based solutions into cohesive deployment strategies.
- Contribute to scalable delivery by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, creating reusable guidance, and driving operational excellence.
- Act as a customer advocate by bringing field insights and feedback into engineering and product improvement discussions.
What We're Looking For
- Technical professionals who enjoy solving complex customer challenges across multiple technologies rather than specializing in a single workload.
- Individuals who demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a rapidly evolving AI-first technology landscape.
- Experience helping customers deploy, adopt, or optimize Microsoft cloud technologies and realizing measurable business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholders and virtual teams.
- Effective communication skills capable of translating technical concepts into customer business value.
- Passion for continuous learning and building expertise across Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, Copilot, Agents, Identity, Data Security, and related technologies.
Why This Role Matters
The future of customer success requires technical professionals who can span workloads, connect technologies, and accelerate customer outcomes across end-to-end solution journeys. As a FastTrack Full Stack Engineer, you will help customers move beyond isolated deployments to comprehensive, secure AI transformation while shaping the next generation of Microsoft's delivery model.
