In this role, you will lead customer conversations across Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions, helping customers identify priorities, shape opportunities, and accelerate adoption across Azure infrastructure, data, analytics, application innovation, and AI. You will work closely with account teams, technical specialists, partners, and customer decision makers to create compelling value propositions, build qualified pipeline, and drive high-impact sales engagements. As a Cloud & AI Specialist, you will help customers understand how Microsoft can support their transformation journey — from modernizing core platforms to building secure, scalable, AI-ready environments. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your cloud and AI business expertise, strengthen your strategic selling skills, and develop strong executive-level customer engagement capabilities. Responsibilities
- Lead Cloud & AI solution sales motions by identifying customer priorities, building trusted relationships, and positioning Microsoft solutions that address business and technical needs.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline across strategic accounts, with clear opportunity qualification, value propositions, stakeholder mapping, and execution plans.
- Partner with account executives, solution engineers, customer success teams, and partners to orchestrate end-to-end customer engagements.
- Bring strong knowledge of cloud, data, application modernization, and AI trends to customer discussions, including competitive positioning and market differentiation.
- Drive intentional selling through territory and account planning, focusing on high-propensity customers and opportunities aligned to Microsoft strategy.
- Support deal execution by helping shape business cases, commercial approaches, and customer value narratives.
- Share best practices, mentor others where appropriate, and contribute to a strong team culture focused on learning, inclusion, and customer success.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience in cloud, AI, data, analytics, or enterprise technology sales ideally with enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders, translate customer priorities into solution opportunities, and influence complex deal outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience selling Microsoft Azure, cloud platforms, AI solutions, data platforms, application modernization, or related enterprise technology solutions.
