A Production Operative vacancy has arisen in our fast-growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our production team at our Roman Bank site.

LOCATION: Skegness

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Wednesday 14.15pm - 00.45am, Thursday 14.15pm - 00.15am

HOURLY RATE: £13.45 per hour

JOB PURPOSE: Accountable for accurate and efficient following of processes within the department, while consistently achieving individual targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes identifying and reporting any process inefficiencies, supporting colleagues in meeting their objectives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the department.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work in accordance with departmental Job Work Instructions (JWIs) and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow the minimum job role requirements for an Operator in your assigned area.
  • Attend and actively contribute to team briefings, meetings or initiatives.
  • Perform start-up and end-of-shift checks.
  • Support your Team Leader in achieving and exceeding daily targets and report any abnormalities promptly.
  • Maintain adherence to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People (SQCDP) and any other departmental standards and principles.
  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures and site rules at all times.
  • Consistently meet both internal and external customer expectations.
  • Work in any other production departments as and when required.
  • Contribute to organisational and departmental objectives.
  • Any other tasks or duties reasonably assigned to you.
