We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic trainee to join our friendly team in West Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career and grow into an Account Manager role within the promotional merchandise industry.

No previous experience is needed; a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are far more important. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will provide full training and support day to day.

As you settle into the role, you will gain hands-on experience speaking with customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, managing client accounts, liaising with suppliers, and learning how promotional campaigns come together from start to finish.

We are looking for someone dependable, organised, friendly, and happy to get stuck in where needed. You don’t need to already feel confident speaking with customers on the phone, but you should be willing to learn, build confidence, and give things a go as part of a busy and supportive team.
