We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Director to join us as a consultant, with immediate availability. Part of this brief includes helping shape and recruit for the permanent, full-time Manufacturing Director role.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • 8+ years in food, dairy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing at commercial scale
  • Hands-on experience with spray drying and/or aseptic processing
  • A proven track record managing CDMOs and contract manufacturers
  • Demonstrated success scaling processes from pilot to industrial production
  • Solid knowledge of cGMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
  • A BEng/MEng in Process, Chemical, Food, or Dairy Engineering (or equivalent)
