Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team at Microlise! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing deals with prospective customers.

By utilising the MEDDPICC sales methodology, you will ensure a structured, value-driven approach to sales, driving predictable revenue growth. This is a dynamic and results driven role, ultimately driving new business sales of our Microlise Delivery Management Solutions to SMEs.

What you will be doing
- Identify and qualify SME prospects that will benefit from Microlise’s delivery management solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, following up marketing generated leads to closing deals and onboarding new customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions using MEDDPICC to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Present tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate strong ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and presales, to drive customer engagement
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
What we are looking for
- Evidenced experience in B2B sales, ideally selling SaaS or logistics/transport technology solutions to SMEs
- Strong understanding and practical application of the MEDDPICC (or similar) sales methodology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset
- Ability to open doors with prospects and sell the value of Microlise
- Experience using Salesforce CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
- Passion for technology and how it can transform business operations
- Experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain industries
- A network of SME contacts within relevant sectors
- Valid UK Driving Licence
