What you’ll be doing

  • Own and drive the acquisition of high‑value SME customers
  • Manage long‑cycle and multi‑stakeholder SaaS sales processes from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain a robust, accurate pipeline within Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, presales, product, and leadership teams to influence strategy
  • Represent Microlise at events, webinars, and industry forums
  • Share expertise with the wider team to build capability and improve sales maturity
  • Monitor and interpret industry, sector, and competitor trends to refine your approach

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into SMEs or mid‑market
  • A consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Advanced experience using MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proactive, hunter mindset with the resilience and drive to pursue new opportunities
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for forecasting and pipeline discipline
  • Knowledge of logistics, fleet management, or supply chain (helpful, not essential)
  • A valid UK driving licence
