We are seeking a law graduate with some demonstrable work experience, ideally in commercial or contract law, though we welcome applications from candidates with experience in other legal disciplines who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude. You will play a key role in supporting our Legal Team (Legal Counsel and Paralegals) across a variety of tasks, from contract management and compliance reviews to legal training initiatives. What you will be doing:
- Manage the administrative handling of contractual documents and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., MSAs, Call-offs, variation agreements, novation deeds).
- Liaise with internal departments and respond to routine contract inquiries.
- Revise and update existing contract templates under the guidance of Legal Counsel.
- Draft and review NDAs (Microlise and third-party) and oversee the signature process.
- Conduct first-level reviews of supplier contracts and ensure approval documentation meets quality standards.
- Assist with contract termination/change of name/change of order processes and client liaison.
- Maintain contract trackers and repositories.
- Research and prepare compliance reviews for internal business matters.
- Support the design and delivery of legal training sessions for new starters and Sales teams.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, drafting correspondence, and document management.
What we are looking for:
- Law degree (or equivalent).
- Hands on experience in a legal role, preferably in commercial or contract law.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on improving efficiency through AI or other methods.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Resilient and adaptable in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork.
- Solid understanding of commercial contract principles.
- Ability to interpret and manage a variety of contract types (Master, Licence, Supplier, Service-Level, NDA).
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Co-Pilot).
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
