As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, commercially minded, product and technology focused Product Specialist , to support our growing Transport Operations division.
This is a hybrid role that blends product expertise, operational insight, and delivery focus.
Youll be embedded within the Product Management framework, working closely with our Go-To-Market and Operations teams to ensure our highly flexible solutions are well understood, effectively delivered, and continuously improved.
What you will be doing Become the go-to product expert and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the UK transport planning market.
Guide product decisions and support customer outcomes using your transport planning know-how.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to help customers unlock the full potential of our products.
Own and shape product documentation bringing clarity and polish to both internal and customer-facing content.
Facilitate small groups of operational SMEs to bring our products to life and maximise value delivery.
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and regular site visits to capture real-world feedback and pain points.
Act as a system specialist with an analytical mindset, helping simplify complex transport operations logic and data.
Support the broader Transport Operations portfolio as we scale your impact across the business.
