Role Overview:
- Collaborate with the Global Supplier Operations team to harmonize data sets, tools, and processes across the supply chain.
- This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams.
- Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices.
- Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards.
- Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs.
- Represent Supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally.
- Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays.
- Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company.
- Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations.
- Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/STEM or equivalent.
- APICS certification including CPIM, CFPIM, or the CSCP is preferred.
- Developed understanding of supply chain – 3+ years experience.
- Understanding of ERP/MRP (Microsoft AX2012, InforLN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions.
- Essential – SQL / Tableau / Power BI understanding.
- Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination.
- Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail.

Pay Range: We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $46,000-$128,000. Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
