Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs.
  • Represent Supplier operations within global audits (customer or regulatory).
  • Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Streamline ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays.
  • Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company.
  • Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations.
  • Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, STEM, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain functions.
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM, CSCP) preferred.
  • Understanding of ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft AX2012 and Infor LN.
  • Experience with supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination.
  • Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail.
