- Leverage Tableau, Excel, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite to build dashboards, perform analyses, and deliver data-driven insights that inform strategy.

Partner & Ecosystem Development
- Manage and strengthen Microchip's worldwide Touch Partner network.
- Drive design-ins through module partners, distribution, and direct customer channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Applications, Systems, and Supply Chain.
- Represent marketing in cross-functional forums and customer escalations.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. MBA or equivalent senior expertise in marketing or applications roles is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in microcontroller or touch controller systems (applications, technical marketing). Minimum 10 years in Automotive, Consumer, and/or Industrial segments. Proven track record in product marketing, portfolio strategy, or go-to-market execution in the semiconductor industry.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking with ability to prioritize in complex, resource-constrained environments. Business acumen: business case development, forecast reviews, pipeline analysis, pricing strategies. Technical depth: system-level architectures, semiconductor product development, qualification standards (AEC-Q100). Hands-on proficiency with analytics and productivity tools - particularly Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft 365 - with the ability to build dashboards and derive actionable insights. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to optimize team workflows and accelerate output. Excellent oral and written communication in English; second language is an advantage. Self-motivated, customer-oriented, structured, and data-driven.
