About White Label IT

White Label IT is a white-label IT helpdesk that partners with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver 1st and 2nd line support, helping them scale without growing their own headcount. With teams across the UK, Dubai, and the USA, we sit behind the scenes as the engine room for MSPs who want to grow. We are now expanding our sales function and looking for a driven SDR to help fuel that growth.

The Role

This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong focus on lead generation and discovery sessions. You will own the early stages of the pipeline, from prospecting and qualifying new MSP partners through to progressing deals, while also nurturing and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with the sales leadership team and report directly to the senior leadership team, with real ownership of your numbers and your approach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating new business through proactive cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Researching and identifying MSP prospects that fit our ideal partner profile
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads, booking and running discovery conversations
  • Progressing opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline data and activity records in our CRM
  • Working alongside marketing on outreach campaigns and lead nurture
  • Hitting monthly activity and pipeline targets

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally with a track record in outbound or new business development
  • IT or MSP industry experience strongly preferred
  • Confident, resilient, and comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations with business owners
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the drive to own and grow a pipeline
  • Experience with ActiveCampaign or another CRM platform
  • Organised, with good attention to detail in tracking activity and follow-ups
  • A genuine interest in the IT services and MSP space

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the MSP, helpdesk, or wider IT support landscape
  • Experience selling B2B services or technical solutions
  • Knowledge of ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or another CRM

Why Join Us

  • A growing, international business with genuine progression opportunities
  • The chance to shape how we sell as the function scales
  • A supportive team that wins together
  • Regular team events, healthy coffee mornings and hot food days
  • Full training on all tools, systems and certifications provided
