The Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the company’s infusion device portfolio, with a strong focus on building and elevating the Micrel brand across the UK and supporting the growth acceleration in the country. This role plays a critical part in positioning Micrel as a trusted, innovative partner within the NHS and private healthcare sector, driving product adoption and supporting commercial growth. The individual will combine clinical understanding, market insight, and brand strategy to ensure Micrel devices are differentiated in a competitive infusion market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with international marketing teams to align UK strategies with global brand positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a clear UK brand strategy to strengthen awareness and positioning of Micrel infusion systems.
  • Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and product strategies to ensure local relevance within the UK healthcare environment.
  • Act as the UK market voice within global teams, providing insights on NHS dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, aligned with Micrel’s global strategy and brand identity.
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of Micrel.
  • Ensure roll-out of advanced marketing tools.
  • Build brand equity through targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and clinical engagement.
  • Lead the UK marketing strategy and execution for the Micrel product portfolio.
  • Analyse market trends such as shift to community care, outpatient infusion, and home-based treatments.
  • Identify growth opportunities across therapy areas in the NHS and private sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, patient support groups and nurse specialists for insight and advocacy.
  • Support clinical education programs, workshops, and webinars.
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights to refine product positioning and inform future innovation.
  • Promote best-practice use of infusion technologies in clinical settings.
  • Analyse competitors and market dynamics.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver training, tools and promote messaging.
  • Support key accounts through presentations and joint customer engagement.
  • Analyse data to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Act as a key member of Micrel UK local leadership team member.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in product marketing within medical devices or healthcare, ideally infusion technologies or capital equipment.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape.
  • Proven track record in brand building and product positioning.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and translate into compelling commercial messaging.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience of digital marketing and CRM systems.
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
  • Passionate about patient quality of life and clinical outcomes.
