In this strategically important and challenging role you will be required to: * Provide effective and timely day to day administrative support to the existing sales team * Answering the telephone and directing calls, dealing with customer enquiries * Processing quotes for both new and existing customers whilst maintaining customer relations * Have good product knowledge and be confident enough to discuss the benefits and features of our products * Work collaboratively with other internal teams and customers to deliver the best solution for the business The PERSON The successful candidate will already understand the processes involved in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing.
