As a Sales Cadet (Associate), you'll work alongside experienced Sales Consultants, gain hands‑on industry experience and learn what it takes to build a successful career in property. Backed by one of Melbourne's largest inner‑city property management portfolios and a high‑volume sales team, you'll be exposed to a fast‑paced environment with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and grow your career.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of Melbourne's top‑performing agents, including Melbourne's #1 selling agent, while being supported by two dedicated non‑competing Sales Managers whose sole focus is coaching, mentoring and developing our team.
- Support established Sales Consultants across their portfolio of listings, buyers and vendors
- Learn directly from some of Melbourne's top‑performing agents, includingMelbourne's #1 selling agent
- Assist with prospecting, database management and business development activities
- Gain hands‑on experience across inspections, buyer follow‑up and sales campaigns
- Develop your market knowledge, communication skills and client relationships
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced agents and dedicated Sales Managers
- Manage your own client relationships and opportunities
- Build your personal profile and database
- Take ownership of listings and sales campaigns

What We're Looking For
You're motivated, confident and eager to build a career. You enjoy meeting people, developing relationships and challenging yourself to achieve results. Previous real estate experience is not essential, however candidates with experience in real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality or other relationship‑focused roles will be highly regarded. If you bring the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
