We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate with a completed (or undergoing) Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate to join our team!

This is an exciting role for someone who loves working with people, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast paced working environment.

We’ll provide the training, support, and structure to help you succeed.

You'll be working in a team of likeminded people who have also just completed their agents rep!

What we’re looking for

  • Loves working with people and providing exceptional service
  • Is confident, well-spoken, and driven
  • Works well under pressure and can manage competing priorities
  • Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
  • You will be required to work 1 Saturday every 2 weeks (you will receive a day in Lieu the following week).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
  • Assessing and processing applications
  • Provide leasing support to the property managers

You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer-facing experience - ideally admin/ reception but some retail, hospitality, front-of-house etc may be considered.
  • A current Driver’s License ideally - you can book in a MICM car to take to inspections if need be (most are walking distance from the office)
  • Must have an Agents Representative Certificate or a Certificate IV in Real Estate
