MICM is looking for friendly, reliable and service-focused individuals to join our Concierge team!
Who Are We? MICM has been a leader in Melbourne’s inner-city apartment market for over 30 years. We manage a large portfolio of residential buildings and pride ourselves on delivering premium service to our residents and clients. As part of our on-site Concierge team, you’ll be the face of the building — providing a welcoming and professional experience every day.
What You’ll Do
- Greet residents, visitors and contractors with a professional and friendly approach
- Assist with resident requests and general enquiries
- Monitor building access and maintain security protocols
- Coordinate deliveries and manage mail and parcel systems
- Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly
- Support building management and contribute to a positive, safe community
Please note: This is a permanent position (37.5 hours per week) working the night shift (11:00pm—07:00am or 10:00pm—06:00am) on a fixed roster.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for helping people and creating a great first impression
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front-of-house roles
- Well-presented, punctual and professional
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including some weekends or evenings
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Bonus if you have experience in property, concierge, security or administration – but not essential!
