Seeking an experience, organised finance admin with a high attention to detail with admin experience in Trust accounting.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our Property Management team.

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a busy property portfolio, with a strong focus on trust account management, reconciliations, accounts processing, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements.

Experience using property management systems such as MRI or Property Tree will be highly regarded, however it is not essential.

We are looking for someone with a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely financial support to the wider Property Management team.

  • Key Requirements
  • ideally have proven experience in real estate finance, including hands-on trust accounting experience.
  • You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in real estate finance and trust accounting (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with MRI and/or Property Tree (preferred but not essential)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Responsibilities will include

  • Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)
  • Supporting with trust accounting
  • Processing of New Leases
  • Setting up of New Managements
  • RTBA bond lodgment payments
  • Undertake other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach
