Mick George Group is recruiting a Site Supervisor for the Earthworks division. You will lead a gang of operatives and plant operators on live earthworks and soil stabilisation projects, ensuring safety and quality while managing day-to-day delivery and site records.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate labour and resources, run inductions, maintain RAMS compliance and strive for progression to a Site Manager role within the company.
