As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our expert team in the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout.

Responsibilities
  • Lead MEP activities on-site with a primary focus on electrical systems.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages.
  • Review technical designs, method statements, and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance.
  • Oversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
  • Act as key MEP point of contact with the client, project management team, and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and HSE requirements.
Required Skills
  • Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
  • Proven track record as a Senior/MEP Manager, or similar role on data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical, or other mission‑critical projects.
  • Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems typical of hyperscale or colocation data centres.
  • Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to lead meetings, engage stakeholders, and represent MiCiM professionally.
