We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and financial performance of a major Data Centre project in the UK. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide strategic guidance, ensure contractual compliance, and drive value while protecting project integrity and client interests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as commercial interface between clients, project teams, and subcontractors.
  • Implement project-specific commercial strategies for a complex data centre build.
  • Maintain full visibility of financial position, change control, and risk exposure.
  • Own cost planning: prepare budgets, forecasts, and advise on design changes.
  • Oversee procurement: define strategy, manage tendering, and approve contracts.
  • Manage contracts: control changes, produce cost reports, and support dispute resolution.
  • Mentor junior commercial staff and promote commercial awareness across teams.
