Mi Ci M is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our growing team, focusing on the commercial management of complex data centre projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, technically challenging environments and wants to shape strong commercial outcomes from procurement through to final account.
This role: Working closely with project, client, subcontractor and senior leadership teams, you’ll oversee commercial strategy, financial performance, contract administration, risk management and reporting across high-value project packages or full project portfolios.
Leading commercial and financial management across complex construction projects Overseeing cost reporting, forecasting, CVRs and commercial governance Managing procurement strategy, tender reviews and subcontractor appointments Driving change control, valuations, payment processes and final account agreements Providing commercial leadership, mentoring and guidance to project commercial teams We’d love to hear from you if you have: Significant commercial management experience within construction A strong track record managing costs, contracts, procurement and commercial risk Confidence leading commercial strategy, reporting and stakeholder conversations Excellent communication, negotiation and team leadership skills Experience in data centres, mission-critical, MEP, fit-out or technically complex projects would be highly advantageous Why join Mi Ci M?
